Updating MMI for 2006 A6 for iPod and Rear Camera

My 2006 A6 S-Line has the Nav, XM, Rear Parking Sensors and Color Center Dash display.

What unit(s) do I need to swap out to providet the iPod / USB Interface to the MMI?

Also, is there a way to have the rear camera install and wired to the MMI?

The factory has the rear camera linked to the MMI display. The A8 loaner I'm using has this feature. So it is possible...how it's done is beyond me.
