Do you guys know the filtering specs on the fujita filter? I tried contacting them directly but they never got back to me. I'm looking to see how small of particles it will filter in microns.

I would think they are on par with Apexi but I want to check (looks like a apexi replica filter).

does it fit A4 2.0t's also, or just A3's?

Only fits on the transverse 2.0T FSI. A3 and GTI/Jetta

Ive heard many people say CAI's on A3's don't really give any HP gains. Can you confirm that this one does? Also, the Neuspeed intake has a nice blow off valveish sound when you let off the gas, does this one have that also? or something similar? And last, I know California has a wonderful law that makes many CAI's illegal, is this specific CAI illegal in California?

just bought a neuspeed......
that BOV sound is actually your DV. a CAI just makes the noise louder.
I actually have some gains with the CAI....

Na, my buddy has the neuspeed intake stock DV and its makes sort of a blow off valve sound

stock DV doesnt mean u dont have a DV lol.

There's definitely power gains to be had in the upper RPM. You'll sacrifice a little torque down low, but make it up in the top end.

The open filter element will certainly make the DV sound louder, very similar to a BOV.
