    Someone just stole my side mirrors

    Happened right in broad daylight parked along the side of a main road. Absolutely ridiculous. I am so pissed. They snapped them right off from the metal mounting plate. Fold your mirrors in guys!

    wow im sorry to hear that man... same thing happened to be a year and a half ago.
    it sucked ass but mine was during the night when i was at some party. good thing we have insurance.

    Where did you get new ones? I am thinking maybe go with RS4 mirrors?

    Totally sux! Sorry man. How would folding the mirrors in have prevented them from being stolen?

    Less leverage to grab onto and snap it. They mounting plate that the mirrors are on is metal and pretty solid at that. It would have been a lot harder to snap them off if they were folded in.

    Just got a quote to replace them- parts alone is $2900!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Holy crap that's a lot of dough.

    I had electric mirrors broken off one of my cars at a baseball game before. Came out from the game and saw my mirrors just sitting there on the ground. I was pretty pissed.
