    As opposed to lip service...

By popular demand I am posting thread on my OEM Wing-Spoiler. (OK, so it was one person's request -- probably knew I was reticent about putting up photos.)

    OEM, Euro-style spoiler for C5:

May appear like those are shadows underneath, but it is similar to lip in "cut" below the top edge. But it spans to edge of trunk, and has deeper shape:

And this last pic is strictly gratuitous -- as long as I'm at it ....

Don't know why we don't see more of these. A little more to it than RS6 lip or the flimsy M-series strip versions. (But I like RS6, too -- not looking to start any battles). This came from Germany via Anthony's garage, installed by EliteMotorsNJ (but I have seen them available).

Re: As opposed to lip service...

Did not include spacers -- just the AEZ's 35mm (and rims are 8-1/2", not 8"). Probably hard to tell headlight lens from phot, but they are milky and I'm still searching for new (used) xenon headlight assemblies (!)with clear lens, not necessarily clear corners, as amber is fine with dark blue color. Plain C5s is fine, Allroads even better, but latter probably are selling for too much (if anybody ever sells their's).

As for exhaust, Mr. Instigator (that's right, I'm blaming you and handfull of others -- you know who you are -- for contagious mod-virus I acquired on this forum ): well, "truly free-flow" cats (instead of gutted, assuming comparable performance) followed by improved growl with catback arrangement culminating in oval tips thru modified valence .... uh oh, here we go. I have to get a grip.

Thanks for compliments. Door blade installation soon.
