Finally got around to taking some pictures of my car when I was in the Hamptons last weekend. They have been a long time coming seeing how I have had my car 2 years now. Any comments and advice is appreciated. Oh and I am waiting for the Carbon fiber shift surround still so yes I know it doesn't match the rest of the inside trim.

Nice car. I'd clean the engine compartment before taking pics though.

    Re: First Pictures

After reading all the issues with coil packs and water, I have been careful with cleaning the engine compartment. Tow hook, I kind of liked how it looked with the rear one painted to match. I cut a whole in the bumper cover for it so you can't see and thing behind it. I also like that it prevents people from hitting my bumper when parallel parking. The rear bumper is from the DTM kit as my last rear got pretty messed up when I was commuting to NJ everyday for work.

    Re: First Pictures

Truthfully I can't tell a difference at all. It looks good, the construction is ok, but as far as performance increase I don't think there has been much at all if any so to me it is just a cosmetic upgrade to the engine bay much like the R8 fluid caps. Then again, my car isn't chipped yet so that might change things if I do get it chipped...

    Re: First Pictures

I like the CF right side engine cover. Is that the RS4 CF interior trim? It looks like a more chunky weave than the standard S4 CF weave. Is that steering wheel standard or is it a Euro one?

Haha dude definitely take off the tow hook! Looks like you are going mudding. But I really like the interior there.

    Re: First Pictures

Ya the trim is from an RS4 and it is the TT Sline steering wheel. And I have been waiting 3 weeks now for that piece of trim, no estimate when it is coming in either, starting to get frustrated!

Gas Pedal is there, just the angle of the photo.
