    What clutch are you stage 3 guys running?

    I think my RS4 clutch shit the bed, can't get the car into any gear when its running and it grinds when I try to put it into reverse.

    I was wondering what clutch you guys are running, how you like it, and how the driveability is.

    south bend OFE stage 3, clutch pedal not to heavy, seams to be good so far.
    AWE, GIAC, Stasis,KO4s, bla bla bla this is getting a bit ridiculous. I hope it will end soon.

    Vast Kevlar. Not too stiff, but not as soft as lets say a B6 S4 clutch. Engagement is awesome and holds the power.

    I used an AWE Stage 2 .. felt almost stock and handled all of the abuse NP (5500rpm launches)
    bye bye AWE Stg 3+ and HeLLooOo ........

    what do you mean it grinds when you put it in reverse? my car does the same when I go to put it in reverse right before it goes in it will make a grinding type of noise but if I do it real slow it wont do it or it will VERY lightly

    Southbend Stage 3 with resurfaced fw. I can drop it day and night at 5000-5500 RPMs no problem. Clutch feel/travel is stock too which is nice.

    I mean the only gear I can almost get it into is reverse. 1st through 6th are a no go.

    vast stage 3, fidanza fw with new friction disc. no chatter after bedding and grabs like a mofo. my car is a daily driver, and feels like it did with the stock clutch except X100 "grabbier"

    I have a Southbend FE (full feramic disc) and it's held everything I've thrown at it (which hasn't been much yet since I only have 1200 miles on it).

    5500 rpm launches at the track all weekend last weekend.. still grabs good
    Nogaro 01 s4

    24v 2.9L VR6. 6466. Pump gas 10.7 @ 132

    620whp 93octane
    806/767 whp/wtq on C16
    10.4 @ 136 C16 (bad slipping clutch)
    138mph best trap with slipping clutch.

    ClutchMasters 6 puck stage 4 with ClutchMaster lwfw. It's actually very streetable and smooth. I'm very impressed with it.

    Ended up with a stage 3 southbend OFE.

    But my clutch wasn't the culprit, the throwout bearing broke into 3 pieces.
