tapping after start up on 3.0

Hey guys as soon as you start the car up for about a good 15 seconds it taps like very faintly but you can sure hear it.. then when your stopped everytime after that when you start rolling you can hear it again. what could it be??

Its the valves... I have made the same complaint.. Check out my vids... I think were complaining of the same noise:
