Someone verify this for me. F6DTC on a K04

Ok, normally I wouldn't post a thread like this but last time I used the wrong spark plug I ended up machining my head...

I'm currently running BKR7Es on my PC-16 setup. They're alright, but from my experience with them its a lot of guesswork with gapping them. Right now they're misfiring at high load/boost. I've decided just to go with a three prong setup, since that is what the AEB came with originally, no gapping, its supposed to burn cleaner, yadda yadda.

Is the F6DTC the correct heat range for my PC-16 setup?

I believe that those plugs are 1 step colder than stock, you want to go with the coldest plug you can without fouling them. I think that the Bosch F6DTC would be a good alternative to the BKR7E's
