New boost after FMIC

My boost used to hit 17psi and taper to 15 every time. After a FMIC (JHM/Ebay style) my boost was weird at 14 tapering to 10 psi. A few tweaks later I was at a pretty consistent 15psi but now I am climbing up to 19 psi at WOT. I had some boost leaks due to the clamps and have been trying to pressure test but I just tore my y-pipe plug and can't do it until tuesday. Am I still leaking most likely and the car is overboosting? I have never had a leak before.

The addition of an FMIC could result in different boost. However 10psi seems like quite the loss of boost. Your best bet is to do a leak test.

in 3rd gear and above, I can only get 18-19psi max. in first gear though, it would only be like 13, and in 2nd, like 14 max tapering to 10-11 by redline. I think it may be because of a MAF on its way out though.

FYI,

Jungs4 and I did ours at the same time in the same garage. Matt, mine is doing exactly what yours is doing 1st, 2nd and 3rd + are all different just like yours. The car is running like a raped ape though!

Also, my new VAST EFK is making the aux AC fan stay on for a long time....too long for my liking. Gotta call Prince on Tuesday and see what I did wrong.
