    I have an opportunity to buy some winter tires from my friend who had an RX8. I think they are 215/55/17.

    I'm wondering if these would fit a B5 S4 (2001)?

    If they were 215/50/17, they would fit.

    Yep, 215/55R17 just too tall to work without some rubbing.
