Woah, I think you just showed me the first car that I don't mind unpainted lowers on. If your plans are to paint them, then by all means do so, but having them unpainted doesn't affect the look negatively IMO. Good shit meng.

Looking foward to the after pics and have always love the unpainted lowers on your whip, btw is the front state license plate not mandatory in CO. Or are you just waiting to get busted by the po po just like me. Just hope i dont get busted for it anytime soon.

I am still registered in NC so I don't need a front plate right now. If I stay out here until August of next year I guess that will change.

jesus get the front license plate once you change over to CO plates ASAP! i went over a year without the front plate until i received seven $30 tickets within two weeks in july!

they wouldn't lower or forgive any of them so i flipped out at the magistrate and the police escorted me out of the denver public works building. i put a front plate on now though. haha

Well I had nothing else to do today so I played around with the Joey mod. It was definitely a PITA and I think I screwed up by painting the low beam surround. They still look fine driving at night but I don't like the look of them painted. Anyway, I'll update more when there are REAL mods.

It's just time consuming. First light took me 3.5 hours and second took 2 hours. Just don't paint it like mine!
