Got new wheels on and tinted the tails

Put on some new wheels from Alloy-R-Us today. Also tinted the tails while I was at it. Tell me what you think.

I'm usually on the fence with the blacked out look, but that looks pretty good. Love the wheel style.

Not sure, just sprayed them until I felt they were a good color. I can see them in the daylight, although it does drastically reduce how much. Parking lights look like a reflection, and the brake lights look like parking lights now. Night time, you can tell exactly what is going on.

I am going to try to find some LED bulbs to make them a little brighter but found some people claming it will send a "brake light out" message every time you press the brake pedal. That will not do.

I also want to try to find a way to integrate LED strip in the wing. Similar to Cadillacs, but make it so it is a brake and turn signal.

Fixed the problems! Removed the reflector, tinted the turn signals and marker lights, painted the housing.

It wasn't that hard, but I do have some advice to anyone going to deal with their headlights. DO NOT TRY TO POLISH THE INSIDE. There is some kind of coating on the inside of the headlight that made it look like crap when I tried to polish it. I spent over an hour polishing off the coating just to make it look normal again.

Hey, your ride is badass. I bought a black tt 225 about a month ago. I wish I could smoke the tail lights, but it's pretty illegal in VA and the cops in Williamsburg are bored enough to pull me for it.
Anyway, do you know where I can find a black gas lid. I have looked at ttstuff.com and a few other sites, but I can't find one.
Once again, the blacked out look is badass on the TT.

Not sure the % but it is dark. Can't really see in, even in daylight. I'm sure I'll get a fix it ticket for it soon enough.
