I saw that on tv the other night. The first guy they thought was gonna steal it called the cops and told them someone left their keys in the car.

I saw that the other night at my buddy's bar and I was like "Holy shit its a b5 A4... My Car!" And my buddy was like "you can't even see the car! I'm callin Bullshit!". I looked at him and said "I know those taillights and those wheels... its a V6".

He was amazed when he could see it clearly and knew I was right.

(Edit: Atfer I watched it again. I turned it to the show right after they had parked it the second time. I didn't see it in the shop before hand)

and after the one guy informed the police, the car was kind of hard starting wasn't it?

LOL, thats not even close to being entrapment. That would be when a under cover cop asks you to steal a car for them. Thats like saying its entrapment when they catch the men trying to have sex with a 14 year old girl.

I think that's because of all the stuff they have on the car to control it, like being able to shut off the engine remotely.
