So on 8/4 i placed a order with them, i ordered a quad exhaust (britalman) and a test pipe. talked to them the first week i bought it and they said it will go out to ship soon, so the week went on and never got a tracking number so i called them again the next week and they said they were waiting on the flanges and the tips and they were going to weld it on because they just got them and they will ship it out the same week. So another week went by and no tracking number. So i called again yesterday and finaly got in touch with them and he told me he never told me that it was getting shipped last week. WOW! one thing i hate is bad customer service. So then he proceded to tell me he was sorry and he has it boxed up and it will ship by the end of the day and he will email me the tracking number in 25 mins. Well sure enough i never got a number so im going to give them another day to recieve the number because im just gettting fed up and yes they already charged my credit card. so what im asking out, is there anybody that got this exhasut from them or has done bussiness with them in the past and how was it, did it take so long? im just getting pissed, sorry for the rant but im sure some can relate. i just want this exhaust on my baby!
