Dont ever go to this place EVER!!!
Took my 2002 Audi 1.8t Quattro, to Willy's transmission in kaneohe because of a oil leak in the Rear main seal of the transmission, Which this shop touched before I purchased this vehicle from honda Windward. I was forced to take the car to this shop because their under contract with honda windward for mechanical services and since they did the clutch and resurfaced the flywheel pre purchasing the vehicle. I told them the problem with my car they denied it was the problem and told me it was my oil pan that was causing the leak, so they told me if its not the oil pan and come to find out its the transmission they'll do the work for free. After them fixing the so called oil pan they find two more leaks comming from the tranny, 1 from a bolt and 1 from "rear main seal" they said they would fix the tranny and bill honda windward but I was still forced to pay for the oil pan, even though there was no proof it was the oil pan seal leaking. So when I go to pick up my car i find that my Gas tank is completly empty, Front, Back and all door panels have Oil from boots, hands and clothings on my car. Second thing I notice my car went from boosting from 8-10PSI to 5 PSI, which makes me believe they took it joy riding and pounded the crap out of it. So now my guess is a boost leak somewhere. Atlease After I took the car back to honda windward they're going to pay for a full detail inside and outside of my car at their "windward spa" facility.
Worst week of my summer, cant believe these people so frustrated.
Please avoid these people at all cost. I dont know how a shop like this stays in business.
