Need help with soldering ASP chip on ecu!!!

I think my neighbor messed up my ecu.. 00 s4, I took my old GIAC ecu out, and was gonna try to have him solder it but it turned out that the car won't start.. I even tried switching the chip from the pins.. I think he might of soldered the legs the wrong way. any help will be greatly appreciated..

these pics were not to good but I tried to take @ my very best.. if you notice that the legs soldered are facing the right side.. I'm assuming that it may be wrong??

hmm cant tell by your pictures, you can send me the ecu and ill rework it for you, no gurantee that it will work still but the solder will be cleand up professionally.

thks bro.. the thing is this ecu I'm using is the stock one, I took the GIAC X out, I got 2 ecu's.. do u think that the legs are setup wrong? he cleaned it pretty good but I don't think that the legs go on facing the outside for an asp chip though. I'm really confused as I bought this chip from a member on here just weeks ago with the 42lbs injectors.
