    Squeeeeeeeeeek... Suspension problems.

Picked up a 1997 Audi a4 for my girlfriend.

    1.8t, quattro, Automatic(not tip)

The car makes a squeaking (sounds like rubber on rubber) noise whenever you turn the wheels while parked.

I feel like this has to do with the ball joints and its very annoying. What could it bee?

    Thanks

It's either the ball joints on the control arms, or the tie rod ends.
Best solution is to replace them all with a complete control arm kit like our Febi-Bilstein one.

could be the swaybar bushings. Spray some lube on the bushings and see if it goes away.

also make sure the hydraulic p/s fluid is not too low, its the tank that has a cover on it behind the driver's headlight.

Whoever guessed lower control arm was correct.

The bushing is just torn to shreads by the frame. However all the control arms are new.

How are they all new if the bushing is torn up?
