I know they will look good, but I am wondering about the ride. My car is on factory non-sport suspension. Anybody else running this setup?

I have had 2 sets of 19's...Rides a little rough due to the low profiles, but not too bad. But you will definetly need to do suspension and drop it, cause it will look 4x4ish cause it sits so high.

suspension is a must. if you had sport suspension you MIGHT be able to pull it off. but on non, no way man. would look like a rock crawler

I have 19x9.5 with the stock sport suspension and it looked fine but I needed it lower so I opted on H&R for the perfect look.

    Re: 19's on a c5 A6...good idea?

Sorry to jack the thread but it seems to be done.

I found a set of 19x8 wheels. I know the offsets we are supposed to run and I would prefer a 19x8.5 min. but I dont think I can live without these Without giving away all the details they are reps and only one company makes them. Its only a .5in width but you think it will look like shite??

kievskiy - What are your thoughs? My car will be almost slammed and I think your running 19's, right?

damn man! those are the ones I was talking about!!

I dont even know how I started liking these because I was going for the classic mesh/BBS or fat 5 spoke but I have not seen anyone run these on the 6. They do look good but I will powder coat them a different color, not black.

Have you seen these on any other A6? Anyone??

I have seen black ones on a white a6, but I can't remember where I saw the picture. It looks amazing. It's what made me originally want those wheels. I still want them, so I may try out Mike's and take some pictures some time this week if he'll let me.

If you're going to order them, I hope you intend to order them through Achtuning. Call them up and ask for Dion. He'll hook you up with everything you could need. Let him know that Wrek told you to call.

EDIT:: Found the picture of the white a6. I had to dig through my photos.

I searched high and low and I think Achtuning is the only one that has them. Unless you get the real ones then you go all fronts at 8.5 but they are like 900 a wheel

PM me sone pics if you put them on your ride.

Will do. I am gonna try and go out to his house one night this week... Probably will just throw two wheels on and see how it looks.
