Need some advice on offsets... B7 A4

First off I just wanted to say hi. I am new to the whole audi scene, my previous car was 04 G35 coupe. On it I ran staggered work vsxx. I just purchased a 08 a4 fwd because i am partial to staggered setups. Mostly because i had to get a "family car"...

I know the first thing everyone is going to say is use the search function, which i have done. I see everyone tends to run offsets between 32-40 but most rim widths seem to be 8-9.

I am looking at new wheels for the a4, found a set i like the setup is 19x8 35 offset and 19x9.5 32 offset. I was wondering if this would be too wide in the rear, if i would have to roll my rear fenders, and if it is as easy as my g (a heat gun and some pvc pipe). what size tires would you recommend i was thinking 225/35 and 265/30

i don't know if it makes much of a difference but it is an s-line, i have done some reading and it seems the s-line is a little lower than stock

    thanks for all the help
