So on my way to my girlfriends house today after work, I was going down the highway and the person in front of me slowed to turn right, into a golf course. Well there was also 3 cars lined up waiting to turn left to go the opposite direction that I was going. Well when the car in front of me turned, the first car that was in line dissapeared from my view for a second. So as normal, I started to accelerate because the car was out of my way now. Well all of a sudden I see the car the was first in line to turn left onto the highway barreling out towards me. As a reaction, I swerve as hard to the left as I can to avoid hitting him. Didn;t do much good. He t-boned me right on the front right wheel and my car and drug his front end all the way down to the last quarter panel. Luckily he was in a small TSI (not a tallon) so all of the damage is below the door handle hieght. Still though, my car is pretty messed up, and the front wheel is out of alignment. I'll post pics tomorrow when I get a chance.
I guess the kid thought I stopped to let him go (I didn't) but even then he made a ballsy move, being as there was other cars coming in the other lane.
Cops sighted him as being at fault, so I'll see if its driveable.
