awd dyno is booked solid but it's been tuned at 23psi for now will run 28 29 race gas next, i will call again to see if we can this car on the dyno asap.

thanks for the good words guys, no headwork, im my 02 passat wagon 1.8t im running
s258 on log manifold stock small port intake TB we made 360WHP@22psi pump 420whp race gas. with ported AEB head we would make 400+WHP pump 22psi.

it will hit the track very soon, but 2nd gear synchro is givin us problems shifting quick. will get the n2mb box that might help.

Fits right in between an GT30R and 35R typically 58 lb/min.

Autoxtrem has been doing this for quite a bit, they use Eurodyne Tuning (TAPP) and make killer power on thier GTI using the Bosch ECU.

Once this setup is fully ironed out you should see numbers similar to 400-440AWHP on race gas

we like pushing new set ups on different models, told my business partner to get a AWD cuz i wanted so bad to build one, and this is the results, hits hard at 4k wich is real good for awd set up with this size turbo, we were a bit tight for time so did not even do the downpipe yet ?? so stock very small downpipe on car so better spool up to come.

Basicaly we wanted to get this car going asap and by the time the awd dyno is available the 3" downpipe will be done and fuel pump upgrade has well to give Race gas results to you guys.

a few hangups again, and some of the custom fab being done took longer than anticipated. we also did a bit more work on the AEB head. built motor is in the carm anbd a little more wiring and plumbing and well be done and done. We also decided to go 100% emissions compliant...so a cat was added and secondary air is being maintained...both adding to the time. days away now...mere days.
