    Torx Bolt Size..Help Please.

    Hey,
    I have to replace my hood hinges and do notknow what size torx bit i need. Don't own ant torx bits. I think its a torx bolt, hexagon shaped? Anyway has anyone removed their hinges, and what do I need.

    You can press a piece of cardboard against the bolt and get a pretty good outline that can be carried to Advance or Sears for the right bit. If the head is clean, put some grime on it first.

    Go out and pick up a set of hex bits if you plan on keeping the car for any length of time. Those bolts are all over the place and you will thank me later.
