Re-org'ng the North East Forum!

Just a heads-up for you North Easterners. We're currently discussing ideas for reorganizing your Regional Forum. While I have your attention I also wanted to apologize for not doing this sooner. Oftentimes it takes the feedback of you guys to help me see when there are needs and desires that may be overlooked. The North East Forum has gotten pretty darn big over the years, and could certainly stand some better organization. It may even help it get more use.

While we will be adding a Tri-State subforum for you guys in NY, NJ, and CT we do have a few other ideas currently being discussed and hashed out. I'd also really like to hear your guys' further thoughts and suggestions on the topic. This will help us to further improve upon your AZ experience, and make your little home-away-from-home within AZ even more pleasant.

How about a little respect for the little state of Delaware. Just like the pittsburgh population you can tell there are quite a few from the first state that don't know where to post, NE or Mid atlantic.

New England forum would be nice, but I noticed you want to lump CT with NJ and NY. That's fine, I suppose CT is closer to the NJ and NY scene. We'll give you CT.. and you give us 1 year supply of beer, Sam Adams and a large one topping pizza per member.. I haven't got all day, so let me know if we've got a deal.

While we like the idea of separate sections for discussing meets/GTGs, it may not be necessary right away. Once the NE Forum's split up into smaller and more appropriate sections, we'll see what the traffic is like after a few months and additional changes can be made as needed.

If anyone reading this knows what Im talking about. There should be a TRI-STATE Forum for NY,NJ,CT. Where I live I can reach CT in 15min, NJ in 10min. There are alot of GTG's especially if you come from some of the other forums like VWVORTEX. I cant even tell you how many times people post about meeting at the Palisades mall and taking a day trip (GTG) up to Bear MT. There are so many fellow VDUBS & AUDI'S that roll around these area's. Westchester is a big spot also. Please make this happen. NE is just to big.

Good idea Anthony. And once you do sub-areas (tri-state, new england) the "meets", "wanted", etc. posts can simply start with those labels in title, be found easily.
