I've just completed this and wanted to see what your thoughts were on the trunk? Once I finish my hood and roof it should look better. Sorry for bad pics, camera phone.

Looks good! Did you get that custom made or is it available. I would carbon out the roof too and a hood or atleast black the roof out.

That's actually what I plan on doing is the roof and hood. I just didn't want to look too ricey. If I get good feed back on the trunk then I'll continue on with everything.

Did you wrap your drunk or is it a real carbon trunk?

It is wrapped in Carbon fiber. No one makes a CF trunk for us so I did the next best thing which is to wrap it.

i like it, needs more CF accents and will work well on your colour. what really would set it off if you could build an rs6 trunk lip onto the trunk and wrap it so it looks like its 1 piece. kind of like the m3 cls trunks. i think that would look really sick

Definitely.... plus do the hella smoked tails and sidemarkers, black wheels with a huge lip, black out all chrome moldings....

LOL....Funny, but I think he used REAL carbon fiber to wrap it and he was just going for the look, not to actually shed pounds.....

Dido, that is exactly what was done. I wouldn't even think about putting fake CF stickers on my car. This is real carbon fiber. As for the weight, try to lose 5000lbs off this car is almost impossible.
