I am glad to hear that my built thread pushes ppl towards the best of both worlds (low and comfy aka airride). I wasnt sure about the color at the point of purchase, but once I saw it in real life it had potential written all over it. I still do want to bring the front down a bit. and It is possible by playing with couple of things here and there.

For sure. I've been a big fan of bags for a long while, just didn't have a car I wanted to do it to. I almost bagged my b4 Passat, but decided it wasn't worth it to dump more money into it.

Now that I have the a6 I'll do it eventually. Any chance you could shoot me an IM with a general amount that you've got into the setup so far?

chrome looks sick...but maybe not on red, If i were you id just get them painted black. they would look bitchin on your ride, but the only style I would get for your car would be the same that Grig has on his.

Well...im looking at the set he has and/or a set of 20's just for shows.....I want either chrome or do black spokes and a red color matched lip and barrel....I cant pull the trigger on what way i want to go with them.....but love the air ride.....dont think i could do it with my car but think it looks hot!!!

be carefull with chrome dude, I dont think you can paint it, and its not easy to strip it either. but indeed black spokes and colormatched lip would look insane. I was thinking to do something with mine, but this original color has grown on me and it goes very well with the roofbars and if I could get my hands on some RS6 mirrors and Allroad door blades I would be happy too

yeah...its an either/or situation....if i go chrome im stuck with chrome.....

you can repaint chrome, they sand blast it then re-coat it, then powder coat it, I talked with a painter It's possible.

I have a couple of things on my "to-get" ;) for next season. I am questioning stepping down to 18". I know 19s fill arches very well, almost too well but I would be able to sit lower on 18". we'll see I have some things to try on.
