Insurance $$, new wheels or powder coat stock?

Sunday night I got cut off in a two lane left, pouring rain and i ended up plowing into the curb. I didn't hit that hard but it wasn't fun Got it towed to a body shop that is owned by the company I work for on monday. They still haven't looked at the suspension but they think maybe its just going to need an alignment. The insurance adjuster is going to give me 400$ to fix the rash on my front bumper and 600$ to get the wheels fixed. All 4 wheels were scratched and curbed a little from before i got the car so I would like to just get all 4 redone.

Hopefully I found a guy who will repair all 4 for 100$, strip them for 100$ then I found a place to powder coat them for 200$. So 400$ plus whatever to get the center caps painted.

Or I could pick up some reps or no name wheels for around that 600$ they are going to give me.

I'm definitely leaning towards getting my stock wheels repaired and powder coated but what do you guys think? Also any ideas on what color? Car is red with 20% tint so maybe satin black?

Is this something the bodyshop might just overlook?

It's possible. I had a run in with a concrete divider which destroyed two of my wheels and everything was fine for a few days after I got new wheels but then the bearings failed and needed to be replaced. The impact scored the bearings which caused them to fail shortly after.
