Bilstein Question

So I ordered some Bilsteins for a B7 A4 and I got them in the mail in a beat up box that was ripped open.

I have 8 unopened bags inside the box + the 2 tools. Can someone confirm that I got everything?

why not try calling the place you ordered it from, tell them your situation, and see if anything is missing?

this is for a 330i, but should be similar to what you should have in the box

Because the company I ordered it from was pretty much like "oh thats ups fault" and I miscount the number of unopened bags and they were like "yep 7 is correct" and turns out I had 8 bags. Thanks for the help tho

Well UPS' crappy job of handling the packages not-so-nicely is different from the company you bought the susp from being kind and informing you what all should be in the box.

I think its a mix between UPS and the coil overs being shipped inside a retail box with nothing inside of it to keep them from banging around. I'm thinking someone move the box around and a part slid to the bottom of the box and put the big ass hole in it. Yay for that!

Well that's the PSS9 box. Perhaps more packaging material inside would have kept everything from moving around. Hopefully you get it all sorted out.

Mine came wrapped in two boxes. Shipping box on the outside then manufacturer box on the inside but the inside box was pretty beat up and ripped a little. Everything inside was OK and nothing was damaged.
Not sure what UPS/FedEx are doing these days but a lot of stuff arrives opened and nothing is missing nor is damaged ... inspections maybe?
