Re: Where to get Oil Pressure testing gauge?

Word, thank you. Might head over to NAPA today since they are just down the street from me.

I want to figure out why I'm getting a 16396 intake cam over-advanced code. Started in socal after the clutch/fly issue. The tensioner needs proper oil pressure to function properly so I want to just make sure everything is in check. My tensioner and VVT solenoid are only 5K old so it would be odd for one of them to have already failed on me. With the engine at TDC my cam timing notches to arrows are dead on. 16 rollers, tension on the tensioner, etc. Timing is on and the car runs and idles perfect. I need to try another VVT solenoid to see if that's the problem or not. I just might run without the vvt plugged in with the 3651 cams... If you look at my logs, cam control is turning on at ~2900rpms and staying on to ~4000rpms. I don't know why it's turning on as I thought the vvt was only used for cold starts. I emailed revo and asked if this is a software issue. No response. Not surprised since I've been asking about the upper limit exceeded code for my maf for months now...
