leak around driver side c pilar?

driver side c pilar has a leak. rained for hours last night and now my headliner is wet around the driver side rear. i had taken this in for repair about 2 years ago. I had to take in twice for this same issue. this was all while i was under warranty. now the leak is back and i am about 20k miles out of warranty. if i take it back to the dealer and tell them that they never truly fixed it, do you think they will fix it with no charge?

Sunroof leak into the drain channels or blocked drains?

Blocked drains are common with these cars, to answer your question, no I do not think they will replace it free of charge.
