Remove the 4 13mm bolts and the 2 18mm bolts holding on the brackets at the rear of the subframe. This should allow it to drop down about 2 or 3 inches.

Ha, I just did this install! The_Jerbel is the man and knows how it's done. In addition the what he said you must remove the transmission mounts to fully allow the engine/tranny to lower fully. There are flexible heat shields which are bolted on that need to be bent to access the mount bolts. Also, good luck with the heat shields over the DP's. Read my thread for the joys of dealing with them.

^^It's easier if you do. Dropping the subframe takes about 3 minutes and gives you WAY more room.

I might have to drop the subframe a little when I go to put the dp's back in. How many bolts is it to drop it? I'm thinking 4.
