Alright so I'm getting my clutch and master/slace cylinder done at a local performance shop. I know they do work, and know some of the people that work there. They are trusted.

Labor for clutch came out to $700, and labor for master/slave 3 hours at $85 an hour for A $255 total.

I'm going with SB Stage 3, resurfaced FW.

    What do yall think?

I called around, heard much worse.

    Thanks

$700 for the clutch, that sounds low...I think. We have a member here that paid over $3K for a clutch job at the stealer's. I've read some negative things about resurfacing the flywheel, I could just have been dreaming, though.

Ya I'm looking at doing AWE Stage 1 kit, that uses SB clutch, and AWE flywheel.

A little steep in my book. I would never pay over $500

Well when I called around this was much better than rest of shops.

Only actual german shop in town wanted 1k, along with the stealership.

What was wrong with the clutch master cylinder? They should have not charged jack for the slave since the tranny is out anyways.

Honestly I'm not sure what's exactly wrong, the symptoms at first were slave/master, then the clutch. So i'm just knocking it all out at once.
