Only an '02 can recode for independent fogs, without some hardwiring mods to the lighting switch, or using a '02 specific Central Electric Control Module part number. For your '05, recode only allows DRL, that are fogs plus side lights and parking lights on whenever the ignition is ON. The windows with remote, is figured by adding all of the decimal values shown for each feature that you want to activate, then use that summed decimal number as the coding number to enter in the convenience control module. Adaptation channel 062, 063 or 064 ( I forget which one now,) must also be configured to allow "convenience functions by remote". The adaptation coding value is the sum of the individual features you want activated. For example, if only one feature is to be added activated, take the original coding/adaptation value and add the decimal value of the new feature to be activated, store the resulting decimal value in the coding of the controller and adaptation channel as needed.
