Just bought some wheels and dont wanna put them on untill I get my suspension. Im sure theres a bunch of threads somewhere about this but its down to two choices Bilstein PSS-9's or an h&r kit. Which kit would you go with and why? The good and the bad? thanks....

H&R but I just wanted my car to go low. It doesnt scrape or rub on anything..

What is it that you want to do with the car.. If you want to track the car a lot then get the ohlins set up but if you want a great ride and the option to go low then I would go with either Vogtland or H&R..

if you wanna go low then def either H&R or FK, they both slam the car, and still drive amazing

    Re: Coilovers....

PSS9. still amazes me how you can tell the difference when you adjust the damper settings from 9, 6, or 4...this was key when i installed the H-Sport sways since they made the suspension stiffer which made me adjust the dampers to a slightly softer setting.

H&R for the money and a compliant ride. PSS9 if you are looking for adjustability for a little extra $$.

    Re: Coilovers....

    Not to threadjack,

but I once had tein basics on my car, and I thought they rode rough in my opinion. Can anyone compare the H&R's to these?

Also, when people talk about the PSS9 getting bouncy on the highway,
does this make it more possible for the car to bottom out. This is the last thing I want...

    Re: Coilovers....

I have H&R's and they're pretty solid, even slammed. Not bouncy at all.

H&R's here as well and they are not harsh or bouncy at all.
