Good dealership - Mark Motors Ottawa

Spent this AM looking at posts after a CEL came on last night in my S4 ('04 CPO I've had for 3 years). I was worried that I damaged the engine after downshifting from 5th to 4th at high speed (shouldn't be an issue but because the CEL came on after, I became concerned). CEL blinks and then goes steady and car really struggles and knocks (mis-fires). Get the car into the dealership this am without an appointment (and they are busy). Get to work and see all kinds of posts on coil packs and the issue people have with getting AoA to cover it.

I just got the call from Mark Motors - the coil pack was the issue. It has been repaired and it is under CPO warranty (no question, no hassle).

Bottom line - $ are comparable to most independents (a little higher) but they are always strait with me, do their best to get me a good deal, and honor the warranty. Their work has always been solid and they stand behind the results. Great guys to deal with and one of the big reasons I'll look at another Audi before BMW or Merc.

I have been dealing with Kingston Audi for the last month. All i want is to get a damn OEM sirius antenna installed so i can put my alpine deck in. I have called them 3 times to get installation prices and find out if they run the antenna wire to the trunk or if i can get them to run it to the dash.

Never called me back... and when i call them the answer is always the same... " we will have to get back to you on this one "
