    adjusting ride height

I have searched this but didnt really get an answer.. I installed my coils yesterday and the rear still has like a 3 finger gap from the wheel and the front a 1 finger gap. I want to eliminate the gap in the front and lower the back 1.5 in.
So today I put the car on jack stands and took off the rear wheels. I tried to bring down the spring perch in the back with the spanner wrench but there is absolutely no room to turn the wrench. I do realize that I can cut the wrench but I wanted to see how others have done this. I'd rather not cut it.. Also I read that bringing the height down is easier than raising since you're uncompressing the spring.
I really don't feel like taking the struts off the car again just to adjust the height... any help is appreciated.

I can adjust mine just fine with the wrench... sure space in kinda tight, but half a turn is all you need. Just be patient and do it half a turn at a time.
