    Re: Please help

took the car to the mechanic and he said i sheared the timing belt gears and ripped the bolts out. the timing belt, water pump and all tensiors were replaced a month before i did the tubro. was running a K04 and 034 high flow manifold on a chipped apr K03 with stock fuel. any ideals of why this happened? i thought there were a couple of people running the ko4 on stock fueling and k03 chip

    Re: Please help

K04 will draw more air volume in since it flows better than K03. 15 PSI on a K04 is more volume of air than 15 PSI on a K03. That could cause lean conditions but shredding the timing belt gear?? You must have made something rub there.

Car is not starting because of your cam position sensor issue. If that is bad or misaligned, the car will NOT start. The Sensor is located to the right of the timing belt gear under the timing belt cover. It has 2 screws holding it in and looks like an aluminum cap. Takes 5 minutes to replace.
