ok.. i had a gt mustang before i got my audi, i bought a bunch of go fast goodies for it, and totalled my everyday driver before i had the stuff put on the car.. for instance the stage II heads.. i bought them, took them out of the box 1 time when i first got them, and 1 time when i took pictures to list them for sale.. a guy bought them, and has had them for a few months now recently put them in mid summer i do believe... well i guess hes had two bent valves... and hes asking me if there was somthing im not telling him lol i told him the same thing i just told you guys which is the truth, and he seems to think i did somthing because only 2 valves are bent... now if the timing was off when he installed it would that mean that all of the valves would be bent or is it possible that just a few of them could have gotten bent?

    Re: bent valves

I think it could be possible depending on how he bent them in the first place was it with out running the car? If he was driving the car I would think they would all be messed up..

Were they new when you bought them? He didn't inspect them before installation?

    Re: bent valves

Shit happens...it does not take to many brain cells to pour gasoline down the intake and exhaust ports before you install heads.

I always check before I install, taking shit off is to much work.
