Big problem!!! Suspension!?

Well I went to install my new coilovers today. My Upper control arm bolt is seized and has been seized, so somehow I was able to put my springs on last fall, but I cant exactly remember what I did.
I went to replace them today, and was able to get the old strut and spring off the front, but am unable to put it back on! I am able to push the suspension down, but I just cant pop the perch over, and its off like 3-5 millimeters. What can i do?!?!

The spring compressor just doesnt seem to allow the strut to push in enough, but I will give it a shot.

The spring comrpessor didnt help THAT much, I got a little closer to putting the strut back on by turning the wheel, but i have like 3-4mm i cant clear the perch above the lower control arm.
