    Would you trust this Jack?

It is an inflatable jack that inflates through a tube that is stuck on the tail pipe and uses the exhaust to inflate. It is borderline genius/nutjob crazy.

Re: Would you trust this Jack?

I don't trust any jack. I always use stands. Unless I am changing a tire on the freeway or something.

not really, but it would be fun to get one of the bigger ones and tip over some cars...

Re: Would you trust this Jack?

Yes and no. I would 100% trust it for its intended use. Changing tires n shit. They are not really intended to be used if youre going to be working under the car though. They are really meant for use in sand where it can be a real pain in the ass to use a traditional bottle jack or even a hi lift.

Re: Would you trust this Jack?

Yea thats a real good idea for off roaders and stuff, maybe even a freeway tire change as my audi jack twisted like a retzel the first time I used it and left me stranded. I try it.

Re: Would you trust this Jack?

They've been around for years. I'd trust it only as far as the quality of the material goes, but I'd treat it like a normal jack and would never get under it.

Is the exhaust pressure that high? I figured it would cut the engine out, no?

Re: Would you trust this Jack?

I remember my dad using that jack in the late 80s. I dont remember much about it but I do remember him using it at least twice without any problems.

I think a regular jack would be much easier to use and put away though.

Re: Would you trust this Jack?

Its meant for off road applications such as changing a tire or using it to get out place where a jack wont work. I would never use it to work on a car. they are actually made pretty well.
