coilovers and now hearing strange knocking

i am hearing some strange knocking after installing the konis.
over certain bumps like scrubbing board bumps. sounds like from the front left and right side , not feeling solid and tight any idea what it could be ??

you probably didnt tighten something properly or enough.

many people say they hear a knocking noise with coils. mostly if you have it particularly low. i have konis as well, when i was much lower i heard a little knocking. none since i raised up.

I just got mine done last week and they do the same thing. Mainly only coming out of driveways or quick drops like that at low speed, or taking higher speed corners and I can feel it a little in the steering wheel as well, other than that they seem solid. The ride got a little worse now that they're settled in, but still tolerable considering how low it is. I'm getting some 19s tomorrow so hopefully I can raise it up just a tad and all will be well.

I am running 19's with Koni's and I get the same noise

Are you sure all bolts and nuts are tight? This noise may come from loose brackets...

i had noises when i was at full lock on wheel.. from having the car so low the tie rod end botls stretched and it started knocking

I will get it checked but I am sure they are on correctly. I had the noise after I had them installed and again after I had the car corner balanced a month later.
