Dymags for the R8 are on order. There's a fairly long waiting period (min of 14 weeks), as Dymag's upgrading the center rim alloy and a couple other aspects of the rims. That's okay, I'll wait. It gives me a chance to burn up the p.o.s. Pirellis - I'm trying! Can't wait to drive this thing with REAL tires - PS2's should be sweet!

I'm looking forward to the carbon stuff, Rich! Should have the carbon pieces I've made (R8 logo and Audi rings) done by the end of this week - just need to finish clear coating and buffing them.

I need to talk to you about the carbon front grill stuff...

The RS mods are in process.

Hotchkis bars are sitting in the box, in the back of the car right now. Heading to my shop in the next hour or so. (to get put on a shelf until I get the rest of the stuff)

Getting ready to order KW V3's this afternoon.

AAaaarrrgggghhhh on the ECU upgrade. I'm still weighing my options. Revo and GIAC are the two on top, but then again OC.T and MTM are still very viable in the running.

I'm wondering where the Hell my Hella smoked tail lights are. I got the side marker lights quickly, but no word on the tail lights.

Upgrade to the RNS-E system (w/blue tooth) has been ordered.

Going to stick with the stock exhaust system (sound enhancing option, as Audi calls it) after a long talk w/Drew (thanks Drew - the info was killer - will be in touch later today). I can always add this later.

Probably going to order a set of new RS4 rims (impressive, only $350ish each!, while R8 fronts were $780ish ea. and not load rated high enough for the RS. Damn ). I'll get them powder coated black.

I think I'll probably go with a full black out setup when I get into this. I've never been a fan of chrome and I think a fully blacked out setup on the Mugello Blue will look pretty sweet.
