sounds like a great car but to me a red flag is why all the new tranny items...ie clutch,flywheel and synchros?? for a car with as low miles i dont see them "wearing" that fast...the major service done so soon is ok too but i did mine at 70k..
I got mine, a 1 owner with 60k on it for 16,900,flawless showroom condition...
i would say with out pics 16-19k maybe

Yeah,
that is strange to have those tranny things replaced with that low of miles, unless of course its been tracked, then it would make sense.

Anyway with the warranty that helps a lot, but still I dont see getting over 15k for the car because the value is dropping on our cars :(

Does it have a clean title? That is low miles though so that will help.

You should keep it.

ok you've gotta tell us how old you are if claiming to possibly be the youngest guy on here.

but if you are already thinking of investing in property it seams you act more mature then your age.
