What would it take to become S4 status?

So as some of you might know, I am the guy debating on selling his a4 for a Hummer H2, Dodge RAM SRT, or Audi RS4... I though saw the other day on the road next to me an S4 (b6) and I really liked the look of it! Since I already have this 3.0 b6 I got this idea why not just make it look like a b6 s4..(Dont worry im not going to remove my A4 3.0 badging and put S4 4.2... Thats just stupid)
I was wondering if anyone knows what it would take to make my A4 3.0 look like an s4 (exterior only... cuz I bet those recaro seats aint cheap)... What I saw looked like it only needed a front & rear bumper with some side skirt blades.. Whats the cost for front & rear bumpers and if I skipped anything please let me know!

It might be fiscally smarter to trade your B6 3.0 for B6 S4...the way cars depreciate, especially our cars, you are likely to find a S4 priced very well, seeing as it is a V8 during the highest gas prices in history.

you can find a B6 S4 fairly easily around 22k which is only a couple thousand more than a regular B6 A4. Adding all the body parts is not worth the extra money when you can get the extra horsepower and actual car for a couple thousand more.

^^^ 2nd! For a couple thousand more, you will get a more powerful car and the cozy Recaros. Plus, S4 has a stronger gearbox than CVT.

FYI, you are looking at 2G+ just for the exterior transformation. Keep in mind that you will have to change your fog light assembly. I would invest the money somewhere else. Say, like Winston said, better seats!

What would it take to become S4 status? Simple. Get a S4. Done.

To look like a S4, you will need the front bumper, rear bumper, hood grille, side wings, trunk lip spoiler, and the 18" AVUS wheels. To complete the look, you also need suspension (if you're not running the Sport suspension), S4 brakes (the larger wheels makes the 3.0 rotors look tiny), and those got-to-have Recaro seats.

The one thing you cannot hide is the exhaust note. There's nothing that sounds like the 4.2L at WOT.

I had no idea a B6 S4 could be had in the low $20K range?! The only problem with going the S4 route is operational costs (Gas/Maintenance) and Insurance. Don't know if the S4 would be a huge jump in premiums over a 3.0... Food for thought though.

The seats alone are worth the higher cost, plus the s4 has that nice v8 growl.
