thoughts on price?

2000 Nogaro Blue Audi S4. V6 twin turbo. 113K miles. Black leather with blue alcantra inserts on seats and door panels from factory. Lowered on RS4 style 18" rims.
Stage 2+ with EVO V-flow intake, Neuspeed CATback Exhaust, Wetteraur ECU tuning and EVO billet diverter valves. Also has H-Sport swaybars, Center vent boost guage, EBC Ceramic brake pads and brand new rotors.

The guy is asking 16500 for the car. I think it is way too much. What do you think would be a good price to offer?

imo i wouldnt even look at it with those kind of miles..there is a nogaro 01.5 black leather wood trim, 85k guy wants 13k...theres another nogaro...sprt pckg 01.5 6spd with 103k guy wants 13k as well..these are all local to me so im sure you can find something if you look...anything close to the 100k mile mark and the ko3's are at a pretty high risk of blowing, obviously this varies between how people drove the car...my guess is this car since its been chipped and modded has been driven hard, also considering that it has 113k...those ko3s are a serious risk of going, and you should email that guy and tell him he's an idiot for even thinking hed get that much for the car, there are stage 3's on here with 100k that arent going for that much...and this car is a 00...no esp, and the rumored upgraded oil lines and 1st and 2nd gear syncros...dont buy

I think the price is a little high, but it does vary from region to region. If he can get some maintenance info, he may find that those turbos were possibly replaced at some point. ESP is also something that in my opinion , is not a desired feature..I wanted my 2000 for that exact reason.

x2 It's much better for you to build your car instead of buying it built already. Seeming how it's modded, he probably drove it like a maniac. And yeah he's asking for too much. Bought mine stock on 58k miles on the clock for 15k, it was exactly what I was looking for, low mileage and stock.

Never pay what someone is asking for a car. Pick it apart and deduct everything it needs from their asking price or book value. Maintenance, tires, body work or what have you. I talked down the dealer I got mine from like 3 grand and i still paid 1K too much cause it needs front and rear bumpers that I couldn't tell from the pics they sent me. Don't let them nickle and dime you for options either...its not like you're buying a brand new car from them.

ESP is also something that in my opinion , is not a desired feature..I wanted my 2000 for that exact reason.

What kind of chip does it have? Giac is a little harsher tune vs most others. Just a thought. Also 16.5k is barry bonds double-dosing before the game out of the park. 10-12k seems about right depending on overall condition and maintenance.

Not sure on the codes. Pretty sure abs still works. It def disabled the ESP though.

hey just letting you guys know something about that car.I know the owner and actually sold him that car.all the evo stuff he added. everything else i did.Hes a cool kid and there is not one single dent on that car. someone keyed the fuck out of his car and the whole car got repainted with a bill over 7k :) yay for insurance lol

ESP doesn't add noticeable weight. But driver interference..yeah..
