Need help from the Tapp tuned guys!!!!!!

ok so to make a long story short i think my tapp tune has shit the bed. Im running the 93 oct file on my gt2871r eliminitaor setup with the ford lightning maf, and siemens 630cc's. I keep getting different codes. First i got the code for the internal control ram error aka. dead ecu, then i got a 17967 throttle body adaption code saying theres a fault in the basic settings so it wont adapt, and i keep getting a random coolant temp sensor signal too high code. Along with those now when im idling and fully hit the gas there is a delay, then the car starts misfiring and backfiring, and also the idle goes to about 1400 rpm's and wont come down. Ive recirculated my BOV, put in new plugs, tried to adapt my throttle body 150 f'en times, checked for boost leaks, and anything else i could think of. I finally put my ko4 ecu back in just to see what would happen and the car started up, idled perfect, had perfect throttle response, the throttle body adapted immediately, and everything was good. I just dont know what else to try. Does anyone think there could possibly be a fault in the file? I need help! Please!

its your intake set up. trust me. I fixed mine and all the codes went away. The check sum error code happens when the ford lightning maf and the ecu are fighting.

I just don't understand why the throttle body won't adapt and I'm getting a coolant temp sensor code. Like I said, when I swapped the ko4 ecu in everything was perfect. Could it be that my Maf Is connected directly to my filter?

its possible. believe me. I had the same codes except for the coolant temp sensor.

it could be maf disturbance or a intake leak.
