how do you know you have true ecodes?

i have a pair and they are valeos. made in spain. are they ecodes?

if they dont have amber corners, and they have city lights, say theyre made by valeo... changes are very very good that you have real ecodes. Theyre just OEM lights for euro cars.

The number on the bar code tag is 087500 VALEO Made in Spain and number in back is W5W H6W

Searching the Valeo European catalog... 087500 is a Euro part. (you don't have amber side reflectors, right)???

The ballast is mounted on the bottom of the lights where standard lights have a solid plastic plate, this should then have the Audi barcodes and part number on the metel plate which is bolted in place with funny looking screws (not sure what they are called).

If it was retro fitted you be able to see there the plastic was cut to mount them.
