oil

So I have searched and couldn't find any good threads about this. I am curious on what a good oil to use is, I know full synthetic is the best but I want to know what brand viscosity etc. Going along with the oil. How bout the oil filter? I hear a lot of people say mann but how bout some of the others like k&n. what are your guy's (and girl's) thoughts?

Stick with a good Synthetic 5W40 in normal warm weather and 0W30 in freezing winter. Mobil 1 is NOT crap. I've seen toooo many motors look mint inside w/o sludge with the use of Mobil 1.
