ok so i've gotten all my toys in. FMIC, K04, 310cc injectors, ecu with pc-16 file, 034 high flow manifold, and new TIP but i just noticed that i wont get my 3-5 bar FPR regulator until next Tuesday and i was planning on ripping my car apart this weekend since i don't have work. my question is how bad of an ideal would it be to run the car on the stock FPR for a day or two?

I believe it'll run rich as hell.

Did you get an adjustable fuel pressure regulator? From what I remember correctly the pc-16 runs ideally on 2.8-3.0 bar.

Fuel pressure is set in bar on our cars, almost everyone goes by that as well.

    Re: K04 question

i would suggest just running the non pc16 file with stock inj/fpr until you can get everything in at once. it only takes 5 minutes to install a fpr and injectors. hell, i was about to do it in the parking lot while my shop was flashing the file on

    Re: K04 question

i would have gotten a FPR that adjusts lower than 3bar since the PC-16 file tends to run best at ~2.7bar. And yes you will run super rich with the stock FPR since it is 4bar so i suggest you dont rip your car till you get the fueling set up right
