B5 s4

does anyone else's b5 s4 collect a lot of dust only on the rear bumper and back of the trunk? It cakes on there and on the back of my trunk. I'm nuts about keeping my car clean and that has to be the only places that keeps getting dirty constantly. Every morning and afternoon/evening, if i work, i put on final detailer to keep it clean to try and not let it cake on like usual. Just wondering if i'm not the only person this is happening to and/or to somehow avoid it if it's possible.

yup mine does...and it pisses me off...guess its my fault for buying a black car

It is true and I've only had this car for a few days.

Front and sides looks pretty nice and clean. The butt looks like a dirty butt! Brown stuff almost caked on it.

Mines silver the easiest to keep clean. I basically get down with a white glove on the whole car. that nuts. is there even any way to somehow stop it or still have ocd about it and keep cleaning 2-3 times/day?

I dont have an S4, but the same happens on my A3, its just the way the aerodynamics pushes the air over the car, all the dust and dirt ends up along the trunk edge (thinking back, my Jetta was like that too, though not as bad). Not much you can do to prevent it, maybe use something like lamin-x to cover the area or get a duster to clean it off regularly.
