Vag-com Olympia WA Area

Whats up? I was wondering if there is anybody in the Olympia area with a Vag-com. I am interested in doing the fog light with city light mod but since I have a b6 a4 I have to set it from the US setting to the one that works with the rest of the world before I attempt the mod. I want to get a vag-com, but just short on cash now with all the other mods Ive got in mind. If somebody could help me out I would greatly appreciate it.
